Job Purpose:
To manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw herbs, packaging materials, and finished products in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and the company’s operational requirements, ensuring proper inventory control and timely availability of materials for production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and stock management
· Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials
· Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports to management.
2. Receiving and dispatch
· Ensure QC/QA approval for raw herbs and materials before storage.
3. Compliance and documentation
· Maintain stock registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), Issue Slips, and other inventory documents.
4. Storage and safety
· Ensure proper segregation and labeling of raw materials and finished goods.
5. Coordination and time management
· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for material planning and availability.
