We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining store records, and ensuring efficient store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of materials
- Ensure timely and accurate stock counting and reconciliation
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Manage store staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
