Store In-charge

Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (sales, billing, baking, and cleaning).
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor temperature and freshness of baked goods.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.

2. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain optimum inventory levels (raw materials and finished goods).
• Monitor shelf-life and manage wastage to minimize loss.
• Conduct daily stock checks and coordinate with central kitchen or suppliers for replenishment.
• Maintain proper records of inwards and outwards stock.

3. Sales & Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and upsell products.
• Monitor fast- and slow-moving products to optimize sales.

4. Team Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, bakers, and support staff.
• Allocate tasks, create duty rosters, and ensure shift coverage.
• Train new employees on product knowledge, hygiene, and customer handling.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to Area Manager.
• Maintain attendance, wastage, and petty cash records.
• Track expenses and ensure store operates within budget.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic computer skills (Excel, POS systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
