Job Description

-Monthly audit to compare physical stock with software inventory and reconcile with the accounts department -Monthly OCR for Inventory -Procure materials for production, stationery, etc., based on requirements and stock availability as determined by the HOD -Check the quality of materials according to the order and ensure they are arranged in the store at the right place -Clear out old inventory using FIFO basis and maintain the lowest inventory level, keeping the store clean and well-organized -Manage fabric inventory @ min. level with aging on quarterly basis -Clear all material bills within 15 days and hand them over to the Account Department -Inventory with their CAP.
