Job Description: Store Executive

Location: Umbergaon, Vapi, GujaratExperience: 0–2 years

Industry: pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and inventory using Excel or ERP (if applicable). Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Material Issuance: Issue materials as per project requirements, ensuring timely availability for production.
• Safety & Storage: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store area.
• Stock Audits: Assist in periodic physical stock audits to verify inventory levels and accuracy.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the purchase and production teams to ensure smooth availability of materials.
• Cleanliness & Orderliness: Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area, ensuring safe and organized storage practices.
• Reporting: Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the management for corrective action.

Skills Required:

• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email handling.
• Inventory Management: Knowledge of basic inventory management practices and processes.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and reporting issues.
• Independence & Responsibility: Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Work Ethic: Sincere, punctual, and disciplined approach to work.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Chemistry or IT
• ITI certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
