Retail Associate – minakis

Location: Minakis, Opp. Federal Bank, Paika, Kottayam

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us

We are a growing retail fabric store offering high-quality cotton fabrics such as Ajrakh, Kalamkari, and Ikat. Known for our customer service and curated collections, we are now looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our store in Paika.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting fabrics
• Handle billing and manage orders using mobile or computer apps
• Support online customers via phone or WhatsApp
• Maintain and update inventory; help with restocking
• Keep the shop clean and organized

✅ Requirements

• Basic communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi/English is a plus
• Ability to operate a smartphone or basic computer for billing
• Prior experience in retail or fabric sales is a plus
• Driving ability is an added advantage (for pickups or deliveries)
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass preferred

Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday (Shop may open on special occasions)
• Location: Minakis, Opp. Federal Bank, Paika, Kottayam
