Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inward and outward entries in register/software (manual or ERP). Coordinate with the purchase, production, and dispatch teams. Issue materials as per production requirements and record consumption. Perform regular stock checks and assist in physical stock audits. Maintain proper documentation GRN, delivery challans, gate passes, etc. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO method compliance. Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with 5S practices. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Diploma holder with 23 years of relevant store management experience. Proficient in MS Excel , Tally or any ERP software used for inventory control. Good knowledge of dispatch coordination , documentation , and stock movement tracking. Strong sense of responsibility , organization , and attention to detail. Should be a team player with the ability to communicate with cross-functional departments.
