Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per approved Purchase Orders for quantity and specifications.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain accurate inward and outward material records.
Update stock registers and inventory records on a daily basis.
Ensure systematic storage of materials with proper identification, labeling, and location tagging.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the store area.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records.
Ensure strict implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and material requirements to Operations / Purchase team.
Coordinate timely issue, loading, and unloading of materials as per operational needs.
Ensure material safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
Support uninterrupted supply of consumables and raw materials to operations.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management.
Working knowledge of inventory documentation and basic MS Excel.
