Store Executive( Fresher)

Job description Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock-in and stock-out transactions. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure proper accountability. Reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments for quality and quantity. Label and organize goods in designated storage areas. Issue items to staff or departments as per requests or requisitions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, and returns of inventory. Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review. Update and manage inventory software or manual records as needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure materials are stored safely and securely in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor the condition of stored items to prevent damage or deterioration. Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials. Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors for order follow-ups and returns. Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline operations. Supervise assistants or helpers, if applicable. Qualifications and Skills: Any graduation (Accounts preferred) Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to handle lifting and movement of heavy items (if required). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
