Job Title: Machine Operator – Piping Department: Production / Manufacturing Location: Hengyu Cleaning Products Pvt. Ltd. Reports To: Production Supervisor Job Summary: The Machine Operator (Piping) is responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of piping systems, including cutting, threading, bending, and welding equipment. The role requires adherence to safety standards, precision in measurements, and quality control of output. Key Responsibilities: Operate pipe processing machines such as pipe cutters, threaders, benders, and welding units. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Set up machines according to job specifications and perform test runs. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality. Inspect finished pipes for defects and ensure they meet industry and company standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Assist with inventory handling and material loading/unloading. Collaborate with other team members and departments for efficient workflow. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or ITI or equivalent vocational training. Minimum 6months - 1 year years of experience as a machine operator in a piping or similar manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of piping materials (PVC, CPVC, HDPE, steel, etc.). Ability to use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Understanding of safety regulations and machine operation standards.
