Job Description

Daily Reconciliation of RM/FP/VT Stocks
Plant round to Monitoring the RM unloading, dumping, IM stacking, FP bagging area
Ensuring Availability of All stocks above the minimum Stock levels
SAP activities (PO checking/ GRN entry/troubleshooting)
Monitoring FP Storage & Loading Batch wise (FIFO & LIFOR for ROI)
Follow-up with CBO team for availability of PO against Day to Day RM/VT Arrivals
Ensuring RM is unloaded LOT wise & Proper Stacking without any deviations in QualityParameters
Monthly aging report/IM stock reports
Monthly Cycle Count Process for Barabanki
Minimizing the Process Loss
Inventory maintaining at external Godown (strategic godown )
Fumigation of RM wherever Required
Monitoring of Inventory control
Monthly Stock taking and reconciliation with SAP
Inventory maintain at external Godown
preparing the Cycle count Reports for Aqua
Supporting to Yearly & Half yearly inventory Audits (with external audit team)
Coordinating with Govt of UP department of Agriculture Marketing for submitting the maizeAMC returns on monthly
Coordinating with Production team to timely closing the work orders to avoid the stockdifferences.
Coordinating with Hamali Contractor to obtain the manpower to complete the day to dayloading unloading activities.
