Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Organize and label materials in the store for easy identification and retrieval
Ensure proper storage and handling of items to prevent damage or loss
Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for material inward and outward documentation
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area
Assist in preparing material requisitions and purchase requests when required.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in any discipline
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and store management
Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP is a plus)
Good communication and record-keeping skills
Physically fit to handle material movement
