Job Description

The store assistant position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is based in Etcherla, Srikakulam. As a store assistant, your primary responsibilities include greeting customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and assisting customers, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will be responsible for tasks such as dusting shelves, restocking merchandise, and arranging displays. Additionally, you will be expected to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems and handle customer issues professionally. For more complex matters, you will refer them to store managers. You may also be involved in visual merchandising by creating and maintaining visual displays, arranging merchandise, creating signage, and setting up product displays. Furthermore, as a store assistant, you may be required to manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels and sales trends, and place orders for new merchandise as needed. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.,
