As a part of the Purchase team responsible for the aftermarket business, your role overview will involve receiving and forwarding all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area. You will also be monitoring and taking inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for the storage of both food & beverage and operational stock, as well as conducting day-to-day checks on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene. Your role will also include coordinating with vendors for the supply of materials and planning & executing orders from Mining Industries. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with people from different parts of the world, each following different standards and cultures.
