Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Purchase and Store Manager with at least one year of experience in purchasing and store management. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of stock handling, storage methods, and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Receive, verify, and store materials properly.
  • Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and prepare reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward materials.
  • Keep the store organized, safe, and clean.
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing and store management.
  • Good knowledge of stocking methods and material handling.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
