JOB DESCRIPTION Job title Trainee-Store & Dispatch Company Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt.Ltd. Department Store & Dispatch Reports to Head of Dept. Overall objective of job: Store person is responsible for receiving, storing and maintaining records of supplies in places. Competency required  Book Keeping  Inventory skills  Data entry  Data analysis  Management skills  Knowledge of fork lift operation  Report writing skills  Strong communication skills  People management skills  Time Management skills Stipend : Rs. 13000-16000/-PM ( Depends on Interview) Key responsibilities: 1. Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order 2. Complete Vendors Consignment Note (Delivery Challan) 3. Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Rejection Memo (in case of goods rejected) 4. Arrange received materials as required

5. Ensure that the materials are stored safely 6. Keep a record of receipt and issue of goods 7. Issue materials according to the requirements of production dept. 8. Dispatch purchase requisition for buying fresh goods 9. Manage personnel at the store 10. Arrange transport as and when required 11. Responsible for the security of the stores area and all stock and plant 12. Ensure the stores area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards Qualification & Skills 1. Education: Any Graduate-Male 2. Mandatory Knowledge Tally prime, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
