Job Description

Managing different storages (HP, Dell, EMC, Netapp etc) and SAN switches (Brocade, Cisco MDS) Manage, Monitoring, administration of all storage, storage pool space, volume, LUN NFS/CIFS and replication of all storage system Configure, deploy and troubleshoot SAN Storages and Switches Ensure 99 9 % uptime & availability of Storages and San Switches at DC, DR, CPC & HO locations Performing activities LUN/volume creation, Expansion, mapping, allocation/deallocation, host addition/deletion Configuration and enable replication of storage Storage event Log analysisMaintain storage management tool, maintain microcode/firmware of storage systems Provide preventive maintenance & quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure stability SAN switch availability, zoning and management Call log with OEM in case of any hardware failure and other system related issue Generate performance report of storage and SAN equipment Incident and Request Fulfilment Management Capacity Planning as per Storage space usage and forecasting Critical competencies Prior experience of more than 1 to 6 years in operations Strong desire to resolve the operational issues and achieve the operational parameters A good interpersonal skill as the position requires regular interactions with the various stake holders Effective team management Strategic Management to cope up with the increasing
