Role Overview

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven professionals who can connect with aspiring learners, understand their goals, and guide them towards the right mentorship and learning programs. This is a consultative sales role focused on trust-building and long-term value, not one-time transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads (no cold calling) to explain Stock Pathshala’s programs.
• Understand the learner’s experience level and objectives in trading or investing.
• Recommend suitable mentorship and subscription plans based on needs.
• Manage complete sales cycle from first contact to enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term relationships.
• Update lead progress and records in CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Stock Market Knowledge:

  A sound understanding of trading, investing, and market instruments. Personal trading experience is a plus.

• Sales Experience:

  1 years in outbound calling, preferably in edtech, digital services, or subscription-based products.

• Communication Skills:

  Fluent in both Hindi and English, with clarity and confidence.

• Self-Motivation:

  Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Comfortable using CRM systems and managing virtual sales processes.
