We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking instructor to join our team and launch our new "AI in Trading" curriculum.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Stock Market Trainer with 3-5 years of experience in the financial markets. The ideal candidate is not just a profitable trader but an exceptional teacher who can simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Crucially, this role requires knowledge of AI tools in trading. You will be responsible for teaching our core modules (Technical/Fundamental Analysis) and spearheading a new module on "Using AI for Better Trading" (covering algorithmic basics, backtesting, and AI-assisted market analysis).

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Training (Offline ONLY):

• Conduct engaging offline classes at our Jaipur center.
• Teach technical analysis (Price Action, Indicators, Patterns) and fundamental analysis with real-world examples.
• Mentor students during live market hours, helping them spot setups and manage risk psychology.

2. AI & Algo-Trading Module (New Initiative):

• Design and deliver a beginner-friendly module on "AI in Trading."
• Teach students how to use no-code algorithmic tools (e.g., Streak, AlgoTest, or TradingView).
• Demonstrate how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT/Perplexity) for market research and sentiment analysis.
• Explain the basics of backtesting strategies to validate trade ideas before risking capital.

3. Curriculum & Student Success:

• Update course material to keep up with market trends (e.g., F&O changes, new SEBI regulations).
• Assign and review student assignments; provide 1-on-1 feedback to struggling students.
• Assist in creating social media content (Reels/Shorts) to promote the institute’s unique AI focus.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of active trading experience (Equity, F&O, or Commodities) and at least 1-2 years of teaching/training experience in a Certified Institute.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with algorithmic trading concepts. You do not need to be a coder (Python is a bonus, not a must), but you must be proficient in tools like Streak.tech, AlgoTest, or TradingView Pine Script.
• Communication: Excellent public speaking skills in Hindi and English. You must be able to command a classroom.
• Location: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Jaipur for offline batches
