Stock Manager- Order Planning

Role Overview: You will be managing the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Analyzing sales data and market trends to predict future order volumes and optimize inventory levels will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with various teams such as procurement and logistics will be necessary to maintain adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Identifying opportunities to streamline order management processes and improve overall efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Analyze sales data and market trends to predict future order volumes and optimize inventory levels - Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts or excess inventory - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, delivery times, and customer satisfaction - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on order status, potential issues, and performance metrics - Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes and improve overall efficiency Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in order management or a similar role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, paid time off, and provident fund.
