Stock Incharge

• We are looking for a female Stock Incharge to manage the inventory, issuance, and record-keeping of school uniforms and books. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and familiar with school processes. Prior experience in a school setup is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock records for books and uniforms.
• Keep the store room organized and secure.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking as needed.
• Issuance
• Distribute items to students as per class-wise requirement.
• Maintain issue registers with full details (name, class, date, item issued).
• Coordinate with teachers for smooth distribution.
• Record Keeping
• Update manual/digital registers regularly.
• Maintain files for purchase, delivery, and issue slips.
• Submit stock balance reports monthly or as required.
• Vendor & Purchase Support
• Check the quality/quantity of received items.
• Assist in purchase documentation and quotations.
• Cleanliness & Safety
• Keep stock areas neat and clean.
• Prevent damage, loss, or misuse of school property.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school (preferred)
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or manual stock registers
• Attention to detail
• Honest and responsible
• Good communication skills in English ,telugu.hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
