Job Title: Stock Executive

Job Summary:

A Stock Executive is responsible for managing and controlling inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth supply operations. The role involves monitoring stock movement, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily stock levels and inventory movement.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Update stock entries in inventory systems or registers.
Coordinate with purchase and warehouse departments.
Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification.
Identify and report stock shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Any degree
0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
