Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) Provide L2/L3 production support for complex Java applications, diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems Participate in on-call rotations or provide 24/7 support Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
