As a Steward Team Leader, you're responsible to oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Also manage a team of stewards, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards. This position is only for Indonesian. Minimum 2(two) years experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent organizational skills to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively. Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards, particularly in a kitchen environment. Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and carrying heavy items. Show more Show less
