Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and dishwashing sections
  • Operate dishwashing machines; ensure proper washing, drying & stacking of crockery and cutlery
  • Assist chefs with basic kitchen cleaning and organizing tasks
  • Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel policies
  • Support banquet operations with equipment cleaning and arrangement
  • Report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience as Steward/Stewarding Staff in hotels or restaurants
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
  • Physically fit and a good team player

Education:
10th/12th pass (Hotel Management certification preferred)
