As a Functional Specialist (ISG) with 10 to 12 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Sterling OMS solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for seamless integration with existing systems. - Providing expert guidance on Sterling OMS functionalities to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Sterling OMS processes and configurations to support ongoing system improvements. - Conducting thorough testing and validation of Sterling OMS implementations to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Sterling OMS to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency. - Overseeing the deployment of Sterling OMS updates and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in merchandising. - Monitoring system performance and providing regular reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. - Training and mentoring junior team members on Sterling OMS functionalities and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Sterling OMS to ensure the company remains competitive. - Supporting the development of strategic roadmaps for Sterling OMS enhancements aligning with the company's long-term goals. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Sterling OMS-related activities.
