Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Specialist (ISG) with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sterling OMS and a strong understanding of merchandising. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. The position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Sterling OMS solutions that align with business objectives.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Provide expert guidance on Sterling OMS functionalities to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Sterling OMS processes and configurations to support ongoing system improvements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of Sterling OMS implementations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Sterling OMS to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
Oversee the deployment of Sterling OMS updates and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in merchandising.
Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Train and mentor junior team members on Sterling OMS functionalities and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Sterling OMS to ensure the company remains competitive.
Support the development of strategic roadmaps for Sterling OMS enhancements aligning with the companys long-term goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Sterling OMS-related activities.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of Sterling OMS and its application in optimizing supply chain processes.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex system issues efficiently.
Have experience in merchandising providing valuable insights into retail operations.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating user-friendly guides.
Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
