Stenographer teacher

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Stenography Trainer to join our institute on a part-time basis.
The trainer will be responsible for teaching shorthand, typing, and dictation techniques to students preparing for government or private sector exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English and/or Hindi Stenography (Shorthand + Typing) as per syllabus.
• Conduct daily dictation practice and speed development sessions.
• Guide students in accuracy improvement and exam techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and progress reports.
• Maintain discipline and motivate students to achieve their target speeds (80 wpm / 100 wpm / 120 wpm).
• Conduct mock tests and evaluations regularly.
• Ensure a positive and interactive learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in shorthand and typing (English / Hindi or both).
• Minimum typing speed: 40–50 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

Working Hours:

• Flexible part-time schedule (2–3 hours per day or as per batch timings).

Salary / Payment:

• Attractive part-time remuneration based on experience and batch size.

(Discussed during interview) 10,000/- to 18000/- but depend on your experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
