Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable associates to join our warehouse operations team. The primary responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and sortation of packages. All major activities are supported by an advanced automated conveyor system, ensuring efficient and safe handling of shipments. Key Responsibilities: Perform loading and unloading of packages from inbound and outbound vehicles. Handle sortation of shipments using automated conveyors and scanning systems. Monitor the smooth flow of packages on conveyor lines and take corrective actions if required. Ensure proper placement of shipments as per the destination and process flow. Follow safety standards while handling packages and working around conveyors. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the staging and dock areas. Support team members and supervisors in achieving daily operational targets. Requirements: Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment. Ability to follow process instructions and work as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations will be an advantage. Work Environment: Entire workflow is automation-driven with minimal manual handling. All operations (loading, unloading, and sorting) are carried out on modern conveyor systems, ensuring efficiency and reducing physical strain. Safe and structured workplace with clear process flows and supervision.
