Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
Provide therapy through exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment.
Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
Support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical rehabilitation techniques.
Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy tools.
Expertise in manual therapy and patient assessment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver interaction.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate patients through recovery.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for individualized treatment planning.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Effective time management and accurate documentation skills.
