Job Description

As a Sales Manager for the region, your primary role is to drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved. Your responsibilities include: - Responsible for the sales, collection, operations, and central team coordination for the region. - Target Achievement: Focus on incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the book. - Sourcing Tie-ups: Establish ties with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channels. - Guiding the team to achieve the business targets. - Team Management and Productivity enhancement. - Monitoring the sales process and ensuring its effectiveness. - Fee Income and Process Management. - Provide training and technical expertise to Relationship Managers/Field Sales Staff on various products. - Coordinating with the corporate team to restructure products based on specific regional needs. - Cross-selling of products. - Maintain Nil Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
