Job Title: State Head Odisha (Non Trade Sales) Location: Bhubaneshwar Designation: AGM/DGM Business: Cement Function: Sales Department: Non-Trade Reports to: Zonal Head Non Trade Sales No of Reportees: 2 - 6 Experience: 10-18 Years Education Qualification - MBA   Purpose of the job: Focusing the entire sales/business operations of the State, encompassing sales channel management, sales planning, strategizing, budgeting, product launch, credit control management, market share analysis and logistics for B2B/direct/institutional /Key Account sales. Job Description:   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Managing sales & ensuring achievement of AOP/MBR of assigned business region.
  • Identifying new markets & developing network.
  • Identifying prospective clients from B2B- non trade segment.
  • Managing business development activities & accountable for top line profitability and increase sales growth.
  • Tracking market and competitors trends.
  CHANNEL SALES MANAGEMENT
  • Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market.
  • Close interactions with channel partners towards promoting the brand.
  • Monitoring, mentoring & motivating the sales team (in house & business associates) for effective functioning and accomplishment of organizational goals.
  KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Interfacing with clients to understand their requirements & recommend viable solutions.
  • Taking care of all Govt. & Institutional liasoning, coordination, brand approvals and negotiations.
  • Collecting & collating feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in the service level.
  • Monitoring accounts/cash flows/receivables i.e. credit control management.
  PLANNING AND BUDGETING
  • Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in co-ordination with macro plans of organization.
  • Planning & scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve the pre-set goals with in time, quality and cost parameters.
  • Stream lining the pre-existing processes/procedures to enhance efficiencies.
  • Responsible for man power planning & redeployment and inducting & out sourcing sales personnel for front line sales operations.
  • Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
  LOGISTICS/SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: Coordinating with logistic functions (Primary & secondary) & communicating with handling agents & logistics cell for cost effective SCM solutions and Implementing FIFO system to minimize the damage cost.
