The slowest and most lazy bank is the sbi, people come to the bank with little time to spare and the branch takes their whole day, even to withdraw their own money, they have to wait for hours!!!!

I need list of documents and closing certificate when i email to Sfhrti sinha she doesn't reply me for 1month when i call she is telling aaj to nahi hoga. She try to confused me don't give me any solution. bcoz of this i was not able to sell my flat, very BAD Experience.

Worst experience I am holding nri account now I am no more nri customer I told them to close my nri account on last month still my account is active,
I visited branch more than 10 times every time thy say today they will do. But still I have the same issue.

The Service manager and staffs are useless and unhelpful. In All SBI branches staffs and manager are like that only. They behave like they are prime minister but they don't know that they get there salary from our money only. They have to behave like servant not like boss.

Very disappointed with the service for example u will go by morning but u'll return by evening without ur work done each and every process is very low, for old people they should provide special counter, on that counter everything needs to be happened. This is not a sion hospital u go their here but im fed up of this all
