I have submitted my KYC documents on 20th July 2024 and the staff told me that within 2 or 3 working days I can do fund transfer. Today is 29th July 2024 still I am not able to transfer fund. Horrible service

The bank atmosphere is good but the problem is that workers r not properly managing their services we have to wait 1 hour. Computer is not working 2hours.only security guard is taking innovative to getting right information to the customer.
