I would like to give negative ratings to this branch services, if there is a option for that. Nobody bothers to receive calls. Nobody cares to respond to customers' queries. They take their own time to respond and work. Being one of the top Banks in India, providing services this way is not acceptable.

The bank atmosphere is good but the problem is that the workers are not properly managing their services we have to wait like 5-10 mins for form n they r not coming on time.All things are good are problems are getting solved but only this is the major issue.

This is not an sbi branch. The Chief manager reiterated that people from other branches cannot get anything done here, and is forcing them to switch their account to this branch. Yay more paperwork!

Extremely poor service. You have to visit several times to get one job done. The staff especially the service manager is very rude and unhelpful. They're also facing constant technical issues like system down and printers not working. Going to close all my accounts very soon.
