The experience at spectrum starbucks was really bad . As first they didn't have anything that i want. And second the cup that they are serving in was really bad quality . The cup was literally made of worst quality paper as it was melting and they literally draw the lines on the cup through their marker.

Worst Starbucks experience. Coffee was bad. Experience was bad. No efforts to improve the experience or refund. The waiter took the tray away with cups half full and never returned.
