Horrible services, claim settlements are very very very poor and lack intent, worst customer support. They deemand physical documents which needs to be submitted in hard copies despite submitting on email and online. Will never opt for star in future

Worst service and agents. The time we need the support from Insurance is the time these entire team created so many problem for us and I wish I would have chosen another Heath policy and not star.

Very worst experience with this insurance company. When husband required urgent surgery that time they did not accept my claim . Hospital had tried 3 times still they denial the claim. It is not worth to give one star also....
