No help during the time off Covid. They want us to submit hard copies for reimbursement. Other insurance companies are working with soft copies and have even come up with innovative such as tagging. Horrible email response, call center etc.

They are very quick in settling the Claims, believe me! They just discard claims as soon as it reaches to them. Most of hospitals have already stopped cashless procedures, only corporate mediclaims are allowed to be cashless. …

Star Health Thane branch is in the 2nd Floor of this Building. If you are visiting for submission of claim, bring required supporting documents and the submission process is pretty simple and staff is helpful too.

This branch never picks up calls and from past 3 years I am requesting them not to deduct professional tax because its already deducted by my current employer but they have not taken any action to resolve the issue.
