No help during the time off Covid. They want us to submit hard copies for reimbursement. Other insurance companies are working with soft copies and have even come up with innovative such as tagging. Horrible email response, call center etc.

This branch never picks up calls and from past 3 years I am requesting them not to deduct professional tax because its already deducted by my current employer but they have not taken any action to resolve the issue.
