The Opportunity

Resource Management, Demand Fulfilment

Casting, short-listing and allocating talents to demands through all channels.

Managing capacity versus incoming demands.

Managing rotations and renewals.

Optimizing local bench.

Experience in dealing/handling multiple stakeholders.

Understanding of Staffing process and Demand Fulfilment.

Co-ordination skill with Recrutiment Team and Internal CRMG Team.

Experience in managing resources including onboarding activities.

Good experience in Excel.

Proactive with good communication skills.

Strategic Resource Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation across projects, considering future demands and business priorities.

Capacity Planning:

Conduct regular assessments of resource availability, skillsets, and workload to identify potential resource gaps and proactively plan for future project needs.

Resource Allocation:

Assign employees to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements, balancing workloads and mitigating conflicts.

Project Support:

Collaborate closely with project managers to understand their resource needs, provide timely resource allocation, and address any resource-related challenges.

Performance Monitoring:

Track resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.

Talent Management:

Work with HR and LnD to identify talent gaps, develop training programs, and ensure the organization has the necessary skills to meet future project demands.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular reports on resource utilization, project status, and potential resource constraints to inform decision-making at senior levels.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to effectively communicate resource needs, manage expectations, and resolve resource-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions regarding resource allocation.

Project Management Expertise:

Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to integrate resource management into project planning.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project managers, HR, and senior leadership.

Leadership Abilities:

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve resource optimization goals.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with resource management software tools to track and manage resource allocation.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of business objectives and the ability to align resource management strategies with overall business goals.
