As a Staff Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and communicating solution architectures to support global delivery teams. Your role will involve working on software solutions for UKSS and USSS platforms, integrating them with internal and web-facing systems to support the company's expanding portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping and directing solution developments from the project's inception to its completion. To excel in this role, you should have experience in providing solution architectures within high-volume ecommerce and highly transactional financial service enterprises. You will be involved in maintaining and supporting core platform frameworks, ensuring compatibility with existing integrations and supporting the global business. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure all aspects of the solution are considered and agreed upon. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in creating compelling design solutions, understanding and interpreting business processes, and building relationships across technology teams and the wider business. You should be proactive in updating your skills and knowledge of emerging trends, as well as have experience in software delivery lifecycle and enterprise development technologies.
