Job Description

Design and build beautiful UI using the Angular framework
Work closely with the UX and visual design team to build a highly engaging UI that predicts and exceeds user expectations
Work closely with product management team to understand user needs; participate in process definition and technology selection to ensure appropriate testing of UIs
Build single page web applications; develop HTML/CSS user interfaces; integrate frontend components
Develop the UI using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to create great product experiences
Build RESTful APIs that interface with the Cohesity backend systems
Develop and Debug end to end from UI to the backend
Design, develop and maintain innovative products for our on-prem as well as SaaS offerings
Collaborate with product management, other cross functional leads and teams on both technical and business strategy to shape the future product roadmap for Cohesity s infinitely scalable platform.
Implement product features for on-prem and cloud platforms.
Drive accountability for test driven development, delivery of high quality features and resilient enterprise class solutions
Lead a culture of team ownership and direct individual and team accountability to continuously improve how they work and achieve results.
Provide guidance to engineering teams on UI/UX best practices, code quality standards, and emerging front-end technologies.
Lead complex UI development initiatives for Cohesitys data protection and management platform, architecting scalable Angular solutions that serve enterprise customers across 140+ countries.
Participating in Agile development processes.

WE D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related fields.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular or React Frameworks.
Strong coding experience in any of these languages - C++, Golang, Java.
A good knowledge of User Interface patterns and techniques to solve common UI problems
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, and developing web applications that use RESTful APIs
Experience working with designers and ability to convert mockups into working client-side code using HTML5 / CSS3
Familiarity with TDD and concepts like mocking and stubbing for unit/integration tests
Familiarity with building dashboards, using graphing libraries
6+ years of developing and troubleshooting UI and large scale distributed systems
A fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower.
Good to have knowledge of AWS/ Azure services like EKS, EC2, VMs, VPC etc..
