Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using

  Microsoft technologies

  , with a strong focus on

• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  
• Operate, manage, and troubleshoot

  CI/CD pipelines

  to ensure reliable and high-quality software delivery.
• Implement

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Develop, lead, and deploy

  CI/CD strategies

  using tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory, and Octopus Deploy.
• Monitor and improve system health using

  logging and observability tools

  including CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using

  Python, Shell scripting, and PowerShell

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the

  CI/CD toolchain, application stack, and cloud infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in

  software engineering

  , platform engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using

  .NET Core and MS technologies

  .
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills within

  .NET-based systems

  .
• Solid experience with

  AWS services

  , including

  VPC and networking

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure that supports .NET applications, including:
  
• IIS
  
• Web servers
  
• Kestrel
  
• Containers
  
• Proven experience building and managing

  CI/CD pipelines

  with integrated automated testing and governance.
• Hands-on expertise in

  scripting and automation

  using Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripts.

DevOps, Cloud & Delivery

• Deep understanding of

  software delivery lifecycles

  using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with:
