As a Full Stack Developer at Avensys, you will have the opportunity to lead full-stack architecture and system design for features used by millions of customers across web and cross-platform environments. Your responsibilities will include owning complex end-to-end systems, mentoring and guiding high-performing teams, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with Product and Design to deliver cohesive, user-centered features and experiments that directly impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-stack architecture and system design for features used by millions of customers. - Own complex end-to-end systems, including the critical Backend for Frontend (BFF) layer. - Mentor and guide high-performing teams to drive engineering excellence. - Drive technical decisions to influence architecture and best practices. - Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver user-centered features and experiments. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in software engineering with technical leadership. - Expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React. - Experience leading end-to-end architecture on high-traffic platforms. - BFF (Backend for Frontend) experience in designing, building, or maintaining BFF layers. - Track record of technical mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. - Strong API and middleware skills for frontend needs. Nice to Have: - Experience with Scala or other JVM languages. - Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. - Prior work on large-scale migration or cross-platform initiatives.
