Were seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Core Platform team. You will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of high-performance, scalable backend solutions that power Goldcasts video content platform. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence across multiple teams, make critical architectural decisions, and help scale our infrastructure to support our rapidly growing enterprise customer base. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, BITs or equivalent) 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems Strong expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and API design Deep understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and high availability Proven track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud infrastructure and distributed systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Expertise in backend technologies like Java, Go, or Python Experience with distributed databases, caching systems, and message queues Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and operational excellence Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience in real-time video streaming technologies and WebRTC Experience with enterprise-grade security, compliance (SOC2, GDPR), and multi-tenancy Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) Experience in designing and building Enterprise software for extensibility and scale.
