Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise technical documentation including API guides, user manuals, and product walkthroughs. Develop engaging short-form scripts for webinars, tutorial videos, and learning resources. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to transform complex features into accessible content. Keep documentation up to date as our product evolves and implement best practices for knowledge sharing. Adapt content for different audiences, including developers, customers, and internal teams. Ensure seamless integration of documentation across product interfaces and customer resources. Research, test, and refine content based on customer feedback and usability insights. Proofread and polish content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Who You Are 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven company. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills you have a knack for turning complex topics into clear, engaging, and digestible content. Content creation expertise you can write scripts, create storyboards, and ideally have some experience with video content. Strong problem-solving skills you don t just document processes; you improve them! Technical curiosity you re comfortable working with engineering teams, learning new tools, and diving into technical topics. Excellent collaboration skills you actively seek input, listen to feedback, and refine content based on team and customer needs. Highly organized you can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Bonus: Experience with video editing tools and/or content management systems (CMS) is a plus!
