Staff Software Development Engineer

In this role as a Senior Software Architect at our company, you will be instrumental in developing banking software products for banking and financing institutions. Working alongside R&D teams in a collaborative and non-hierarchical setting, your contributions will be valued and your ability to adapt quickly will be appreciated. Your leadership will be crucial in defining technical software architectures, guiding the development of frameworks, and setting the technology roadmap for our products. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding business requirements, product deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing ROI. Moreover, you will be involved in researching, designing, and implementing complex features, identifying technology-related risks and opportunities, and enhancing internal software architecture processes. Key Responsibilities: - Build banking software products for banking and financing institutions - Provide vision and leadership for the technology roadmap - Define technical software architectures and lead development of frameworks - Engage end-to-end in product development - Research, design, and implement complex features - Identify risks or opportunities associated with technology use - Continuously improve internal software architecture processes - Provide technical governance to ensure quality and efficiency - Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science or related technical field - 5+ years of experience in delivering solutions based on Java and open source technologies - 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, and operations - Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices and large solutions - Expertise in architecting, designing, and managing continuous evolution of products - Extensive experience in solution design, planning mobile & web platforms, and defining APIs - Awareness of security measures and cloud technologies - Strong experience in development tools, CI/CD pipelines - Proficiency in technologies like Java8, Spring, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Docker, Angular, React - Banking domain experience - Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally,
