The ServiceNow Integration Specialist role is responsible for driving the integration and automated management of major Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS, and GCP) using ServiceNow platform.
Leading from the front and extensive collaboration is essential - the role requires close cooperation with product and engineering teams to ensure timely adoption, delivery and joint development of any critical feature gaps. The position also involves working closely with cross-functional teams within Digital Technology (DT) to understand their cloud needs and deliver solutions on time.
Furthermore, the person in this role contributes to progressive thinking by creating point-of-view documents, white papers, knowledge base articles, and other documentation to make information about ServiceNow Gen AI capabilities more accessible to the broader organization.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, administration, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, reviewing AI-related insights, or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development and integrating it with cloud providers (Azure, AWS and GCP) is a must
- Hands-on experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using various ServiceNow integrations methods - REST, JDBC, MID Servers etc.
- Solid understanding of API concepts, data formats (XML, JSON), and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)
- Hands-on experience in managing large public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and solid understanding of cloud concepts and their integration services
- Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow (e.g.: JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Contribute to the overall health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA) Certification is highly preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g.: IntegrationHub, Service Mapping etc.) is a huge plus
- Solid hands-on experience in one of the automation tools - Terraform (preferred), Ansible, Puppet etc.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.)
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
- Experience administering Linux/Windows Operating System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Works well in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating architectural/implementation diagrams and docs is essential
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow s ITOM suite of products
- Stay up-to-update with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams and applications owners to ensure seamless and secure data flow
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through ServiceNow integrations
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices related to integrations
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration health
- Experience with security best practice for cloud and platform integrations
- Experience with ITIL framework
- Experience in developing Agentic-AI solutions using ServiceNow platform to manage cloud use cases would be indeed special
