Required : 2-5 yrs of Experience in Cement / Putty PlantQualification : B.Tech / Diploma / MSc

Skills

: SAP Knowledge Communication Skills & MS Office

Production & Quality:

Supervision and Monitoring of Ball mill maintaining optimum process parameters / operating conditions to achieve the targeted Production & Quality. Batching putty plant operation.

Quality Systems

Identify & execute Abnormalities, Spillage/leakages, Unsafe conditions/practices, 5S activities.

Cost Control

Monitor and control process parameter, power report to reduce power consumption. Optimization of process parameter loops for better controlling of process parameters.

Safety Assurance

Ensure implementation of all safety provisions for workmen & self. Ensure all near miss reporting and timely investigation with corrective action. SO & WTI /CAPA round.

Digitalization

Production booking in SAP, MS Office, logic modifications.
