Staff / Principal Engineer - NAND FA

Role Overview: You will be joining the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) System Integration (Solution) Product Engineering team at Micron Technology in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate new non-volatile products into various system solutions and address end-to-end product challenges to maximize value and streamline development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct system triage activities to identify sources of failure at both NAND Component and System-level - Drive issue-based taskforces to establish solutions and unblock critical system development - Innovate system triage methodology for cycle-time improvement - Apply NAND features in systems to support validation improvements and facilitate NAND testing methodology - Evaluate NAND vs. System performance sensitivity to catch issues early and implement effective validation countermeasures - Perform hands-on bench testing at the system, NAND package, and at times NAND wafer level for comprehensive issue debugging Qualifications: - Highly motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Keen interest in NAND-system interaction and technical deep-dives - Leadership in problem analysis and resolution at the network level - Ability to work with multi-functional teams and diverse cultures - Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Foundation in mixed-signal VLSI, analog circuits, digital logic, and RTL design - Knowledge of Flash memory architecture and operation - Familiarity with bench testing equipment (o-scope, logic analyzer, Nextest Magnum, etc) - Programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog) is a plus Education: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with 2-8 years of experience - Coursework in VLSI technology, analog/digital circuits, system design is a plus About Micron Technology, Inc.: Micron Technology is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, driving the transformation of information into intelligence.
