Staff Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of clinical experience and a passion for providing exceptional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Support physicians during medical procedures and ensure proper follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control policies, and safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatment, and post-hospitalization instructions.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council license.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices, patient safety, and hospital procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
