Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of clinical experience and a passion for providing exceptional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Support physicians during medical procedures and ensure proper follow-up care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control policies, and safety standards.
Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatment, and post-hospitalization instructions.
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
Collaborate with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements

Education: Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council license.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices, patient safety, and hospital procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to patient care.
